When you arrive at the Service Desk you will have to register by creating an account with us.  This account will be reviewed and then activated by our support technicians.  At this point you will be able to log into our helpdesk website which will allow you to submit service requests or tickets about questions, comments, support issues or general inquiries.  Our support staff will expedite your service requests in a prompt and timely manner.
